24年に渡る自動車業界（トヨタ自動車、Delphi Automotive)での品質保証、 品質管理、北米工場での製造オペレーション管理、生産技術の経験を積んでき ました。 その後2006年から医療機器のグローバル企業（Medtronic Plc）にて品質、薬 事、オペレーション改善を１５年間リードしてきました。 特に2013年からはグローバル本社でメドトロニックオペレーティングシステムとグローバル本社でオペレーティングを作り上げ全社展開に貢献してきました。 1982年東京大学工学部卒

I have over 24 years’ experience of automotive industry and 15 years’ experience of medical device. My background includes positions as Quality Engineering Manager, Production Engineering Manager and Kentucky Plant launch coordinator at Toyota. During my service in automotive industry, I have been working on creating robust quality system in operational site, optimizing manufacturing system. I moved to Medtronic in 2006 and held various leadership positions including Japan QA/RA/CL director, MAH manager, AP Quality director and Enterprise Operational Excellence senior director. I contributed to create the Operating System which helped enhancing company operations to industry leading one. I hold Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo.
